TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
Client agrees to pay the photographer’s non-refundable retainer to retain session date in addition to paying the balance on the dat of the photo session.
All payments are non-refundable.
Should you need to reschedule, there is a required 48 hour notice required.
No refunds on gift cards or deposits.
If, for any reason, the payment is not received on the day of the photo session, a late fee of $20 will apply per day,
If the client cancels the session, the retainer paid is non-refundable.
In case of a cancellation or no-show, the retainer will be forfeited.
COPYRIGHT: As the author of all photographs made pursuant to this Agreement and as provided by law, Photographer retains the copyright in and to the photographs.
